RVM DRY MIX products are manufactured with precise formulations intended for construction and repair work such as plastering, tiling, waterproofing, grouting, and flooring. Customers must follow the usage guidelines, shelf-life conditions, and mixing ratios provided on the packaging or technical data sheets. Failure to adhere to these instructions may lead to substandard performance, voiding warranties and technical support eligibility.
We strongly recommend consulting our technical team before using products in specialized or non-standard applications. Always conduct a small patch test or pilot use before proceeding with full-scale deployment.
Orders are processed upon payment confirmation and are scheduled for dispatch within standard business timelines. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to transportation issues, holidays, natural disasters, or vendor supply interruptions. RVM DRY MIX shall not be held responsible for damages or penalties resulting from late deliveries.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the goods upon delivery. Any discrepancies or damages must be immediately reported to our support team along with supporting images and documentation.
All product pricing is based on prevailing market rates and may be adjusted due to fluctuations in raw material costs or operational factors. Quotations are valid only for the period specified in the quotation document. Orders will only be confirmed upon receipt of full or partial advance, depending on the payment agreement.
Late payments may result in order delays, cancellation, or service charges. RVM DRY MIX retains the right to withhold further services or dispatch in case of outstanding dues.
We accept returns strictly for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, reported within five (5) working days of delivery. The returned product must be in original packaging and unused condition. No returns are accepted for opened, partially used, or custom-mixed materials.
After inspection by our quality team, approved claims may result in either product replacement or a credit note issued for future purchases. Refunds are at the sole discretion of RVM DRY MIX.
RVM DRY MIX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Responsibility lies with the end-user or contractor to ensure proper site conditions, substrate preparation, and application techniques are followed. Our products are intended for professional use, and we do not take responsibility for DIY or untrained application outcomes.
