Protector GTA-4 Large Grey Tile Adhesive from RVM DRY MIX™ is a high-performance, polymer-modified cementitious adhesive specially developed for fixing vitrified tiles, marble stone, and granite stone in demanding applications such as large tile cladding, dry surfaces, swimming pools, and tile-on-tile installations. Classified as C2TES2, GTA-4 offers enhanced bond strength, slip resistance, and superior deformability for high-performance tiling projects.
Formulated for a medium-bed thickness of 5–6 mm, GTA-4 creates a robust, even adhesive layer that accommodates the weight of marble, granite, and heavy vitrified tiles. Its creamy, trowel-friendly consistency offers excellent wetting of the substrate and tile back, while enhanced slip resistance (T) and S2 deformability support secure fixing on vertical surfaces, large tile cladding systems, and demanding applications where flexibility and performance are critical.
A 20 kg bag of Protector GTA-4 covers approximately 25–30 SFT of tiling area at the recommended 5–6 mm thickness, making it ideal for high-value stone finishes in swimming pools, feature walls, façades, and tile-on-tile refurbishments. Manufactured in accordance with IS 15477:2019, EN12004, and ISO 13007:2017 standards, GTA-4 delivers consistent performance, high bond strength, superior flexibility, and long-lasting aesthetics for premium residential and commercial projects.
Specially designed for marble, granite, natural stones, and large vitrified tiles, delivering excellent bond strength for both vertical and horizontal applications.
Medium-bed formulation and polymer modification minimise tile slippage on walls and cladding, helping maintain perfect alignment during installation.
Recommended for swimming pools and other water-retaining structures when used over properly waterproofed substrates, providing durable, water-resistant bonding.
Suitable for tile-on-tile installations on sound existing tiles, helping upgrade old finishes without full demolition and reducing renovation downtime.
Offers up to 40 minutes open time and 40 minutes adjustability time, providing greater flexibility during installation of large tiles and natural stones.
Advanced S2 deformability helps accommodate substrate movement and thermal stresses, making it suitable for demanding tile cladding and premium stone installations.
Medium-bed application of 5–6 mm supports the weight of heavy tiles and stones while achieving full contact and long-term stability.
Ideal for large tiles and stone cladding on façades, feature walls and high-impact vertical surfaces.
Developed for fixing marble, granite, and other natural stones on interior and protected exterior substrates with reliable bonding.
Recommended for swimming pools, tile-on-tile renovations, dry surfaces, and other demanding applications requiring high bond strength and flexibility.
Supplied in 20 kg laminated BOPP bags for safe handling and stacking on site.
Best before 12 months from the month of manufacture when stored in dry, damp-proof, and covered conditions in unopened bags.
